Pasta with Asparagus -- by Stace


1lb Asparagus (or more depending on your taste)
3 (or more) cloves of garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb fettuccine pasta

boil water for noodles
cook noodles, drain and set aside
Heat olive oil
add garlic and pine nuts
stir until toasted
add asparagus and cook until tender (not too tender)
add oil, asparagus, pine nuts and garlic to the noodles (add salt to taste as needed)
toss all ingredients together and serve

Great summer dish!
