Bailey's Candy Cane Hot Chocolate - Mama Katie

Great drink to warm you up in the winter.

Ingredients:

2 pkgs Hot Chocolate Mix (add water or milk)
1/2 shot Bailey's Irish Creme
1/2 shot Rumple Minze (peppermint)

Or just add a shot of Bailey's to flavored coffee or hot chocolate.

Peach Belini Recipe

Very good for Brunch

Ingredients:

1 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Champagne
1 tbs Grenadine

Can mix larger quantities at a time

Perfect Margaritas - by Momma Katie

This is one of the best Margaritas I have had. The recipe came from Charleston's Restaurant.

For 1 serving

1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Tequila (1800 or better) I usually use Patron or Tres Generaciones
6 oz. Jose Cuervo Margarita mix (I have tried a few others that were not as good)

Pour each ingredient into the shaker. Add ice and then shake until cold and pour into martini or margarita glasses rimmed in salt. Garnish with olives.

To make just under a gallon at a time. Will keep a long time in the refrigerator.

10 oz. Grand Marnier
10 oz. Cointreau
20 oz. Tequila
60 oz. Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix (which is a 1.75 liter)
